At ACLF, we understand that you're excited to receive your order. We're committed to delivering your faith-inspired products safely and as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Personalised and print-on-demand products may require 3–7 additional business days before shipping.
  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times within South Africa:

  • Major Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Regional Areas: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to courier delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your delivery location
  • The size and weight of your order
  • The courier service selected

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website when available.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Multiple Items

Some orders may arrive in separate packages if products are shipped from different suppliers or fulfilment partners. If this happens, you'll receive tracking details for each shipment.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. ACLF cannot be held responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Shipping

At this time, ACLF ships within South Africa only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
